Ruth C. Chapman is a published writer, presenter and dramatist. She is the founder of Destiny Productions. She has received degrees in Education and Counseling from Cheyney State University, University of Dayton, and Grace College. She is the recipient of numerous awards and has served as an officer with numerous prestigious organizations. She is the mother of three wonderful adult children.
